HD/SD Encoder with Embedded DTV Modulator for HDTV Headend

HD EncodulatorTM is professional Video / Audio Encoder which has DTV broadcasting modulator using AV compression and digital modulation technologies. MPEG-2 / H.264 technologies were supported for Video compression and MP1L2 / AC3 / AAC / HE-AAC technologies were supported for Audio compression.
For the video input, this product has HDMI, HD-SDI, Component ports and HDMI, HD-SDI, Analog Stereo Audio(L/R), SPDIF(optical/coaxial) and AES/EBU for audio input. And for the encoder and modulation output, this product has ASI and Ethernet ports and RF output port.

Applications

Its key application is in-house broadcasting (MATV) for content owners to cost-effectively distribute within multi-storied buildings or high-density areas. The HD Encodulator is perfect for commercial, residential, government and academic applications. Further, the industries such as healthcare, leisure & hospitality, and religious/spiritual can greatly benefit.
Receiving video and audio signals from a STB (CPE), digital camera/camcorder, VCR/DVD, the HD Encodulator encodes then modulates for output to UHF/VHF channels. Additionally, this product is used in retransmitting satellite and CCTV signals through a coaxial cable.
